11.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda [Data Protection And Privacy Act (2019)]. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Laws of Uganda and in accordance with Data Protection Policy as regulated by Personal Data Protection Office.
